If you have an address in Japan, please be sure to bring your seal (other than Shachihata) on the day of the procedure. If you live overseas, you can complete the procedure by signing the form.

Will there be a cancellation fee?

There is no cancellation fee until the day before the contract start date (move-in date).

If you wish to cancel your contract during the contract period after moving in, you will be able to apply for cancellation 30 days after the contract start date.

In addition, the shortest cancellation date will be 14 days from the time you apply for cancellation, and if you have already paid for the amount from the day after the cancellation date, you will receive a refund.

How will the keys be handed over?

We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrushes (2 sets), 2 bath towels, 2 face towels, and 1 bath mat.
